We offer credit to our retail customers. Please view and print the form by clicking on the link below. A credit application must be provided with the first order to place on terms 2%10 net 30 pending credit approval. If a credit application is not provided the order must be prepaid by credit card or sent on COD. We can no longer extend credit larger than $500.00 for those who choose not to complete the personal guarantee section of our credit application.
